 Cows Calves born 2002 |
The production of beefcattle started on our farm in 1996, when we bought two calves called Jutta and Kuiske (means Whisper in english). Jutta is a Hereford-Ayrshire. In the autumn 1996 arrived two polled Hereford heifers RPH Diane D and RPH Cover Girl to the farm from Rabbelugn Polled Hereford herd. First calves were born in spring 1998. We have also Haka-Aro Beatrix, born in 1999 and sired by Tee-Jay Fort Knox in the herd. From calves born 2000 we have polled Hf-heifer Cecilia sired by SMH Moneymaker. While we are waiting our topbull to be born, we use AI for the cows. For pure Hf-cows we use semen of the foreign bulls. |
